Each Variobox Living is adapted to the functional and architectural requirements of your project. With a filigree modular steel structure and project-specific colours. With a timeless design and freely combinable materials – such as corrugated sheet metal, wood or trellises. Variobox Living makes it possible to create architectural gems even in small spaces – whether it's a light-flooded retreat for working in the garden, the relaxation area of an outdoor sauna or a light canopy for relaxing by the pool.

COLOURS AND SURFACES - Individual and effective

The modular concept of the Variobox is based on a stable supporting structure made of galvanised and powder-coated steel (RAL of your choice), which can be clad with wall elements made of different materials. The roof surfaces are made of galvanised and coated steel profile sheets and can optionally be extensively greened. The floor plans can be freely configured to make optimum use of the available space.

The fillings shown are just a few examples of design options - there are also many other variants. With the Variobox range, the fillings and colours of the box can be optimally matched to the surrounding buildings.

With the optional extensive green roof, the Variobox blends harmoniously into any environment and also provides an important habitat for flora and fauna.

Please contact our customer service when all preliminary work (such as laying the cables) has been completed and the gate area can be walked on freely. We will then arrange an individual appointment with you.

After your door system has been approved, you will receive a cable routing plan tailored to your order. This plan shows all the cables that the electrician you have commissioned will need in order to carry out all the work.

Prüfungen und Wartungen von Toranlagen sind in Deutschland gesetzlich geregelt. Jedoch ist vielen Betreibern von Toranlagen nicht bewusst, dass sie diese Verantwortung haben.
Gerne unterbreiten wir ihnen ein Angebot über eine einmalige Wartung oder einen Wartungsvertrag. Ihre Toranlage wird dann von unseren sachkundigen Monteuren einmal jährlich gewartet.

Due to defined exceptions in the standards and guidelines, an emergency stop command device is not mandatory for our door systems, which of course comply with the latest state of the art.

Die Federn werden für festgelegte Lastwechsel berechnet. Wenn eine Feder reißt, steht auch die zweite Feder unmittelbar vor der berechneten Bruchgrenze und sollte daher ersetzt werden. Unser Kundendienst-Team kann Ihnen auf Wunsch die nötigen Ersatzteile anbieten bzw. die Reparatur der Toranlage durchführen.

Partition systems

We will be happy to supply you with a locking cylinder for each door. However, this is not integrated into the locking system of your building. If you prefer a cylinder that matches the locking system, you will need a half cylinder in size 10/30 for our UTS doors with a PZ handle and a half cylinder in size 30/60 for doors with a lever handle set.
